生活源于艺术 —— 妹岛花饺 Sejima-Gyo-Za

我看完Sex and The City想写篇煽情的,可是还没写呢就看了Kung Fu Panda,所以就变成了这篇恶搞的。

 

 

 

To the ‘Tutor’: I was always fascinated by the kind of unsymmetrical balance and the organic geometry of the life-form. When conceiving this piece, a four-leaf clover entered my mind. So I put pork and egg mixture in the bottom to form a solid base, wrapped up the skin leaving four openings on the top, then decorated with minced celery and mushroom, finally pulled the petals slightly off to get the unvarnished effect.

 

To the ‘Client’: The idea is borrowed from a master piece of a well-known Japanese architect Sejima. To make this more mysterious, she is an unmarried lady co-operating with her 10-year younger male partner. By the time this dumpling comes into market, it will definitely become the best-selling snack and you will make a fortune. We can give it an exotic name, like ‘Sakura-Gyo-Za’, just to add some value.

 

To ‘God’: I was so hungry at the time I was kneading them that I did them all crooked, which I swear I didn’t mean to.

    to Dan, 只有同样‘吃过猪肉’的人才能问得出这么有技术含量的问题啊。理论上应该是蒸的,但是我用煎生煎包的办法煎熟的,盖子不盖严实芹菜就没软,当然比生的还是变软变白了:)

  4. 不盖严锅盖的生煎,我从没想到过,着实厉害!当然啦,最重要的还是,创意绝佳!
    再问个技术性问题,芹菜和蘑菇的调味怎么处理?(尤其是芹菜,比较熟软一点的可能淡的不好吃?)也许可以煎完后滴两滴蚝油或者撒点椒盐?

    我是煎之前用盐和麻油把芹菜蘑菇拌了一下,嗯,滴蚝油是好主意
    我只有在想吃蚝油生菜的时候才会想到它,呵呵,英国人看到iceberg lettuce被蹂躏成那样还超好吃只有目瞪口呆的份了

    I am pretty lazy in cooking, therefore pretty much know nothing about it–but I enjoy seeing your creations…that gives me great appetite:)

  8. 我前段时间也做了这个饺子  是四喜蒸饺 用的烫面:) 上面是胡萝卜 木耳 青菜 和鸡蛋  四种颜色 很是漂亮:)
